If you are interested in purchasing a Whippet, or would like to view the breed and talk to breeders, you are advised to visit one of our championship shows.  Two are at Easter and one in November.  Check below for dates and schedules.

Our next shows are held over the Easter Weekend at Castle Hill Showground, Carrington Road, Castle Hill.    The schedule can be downloaded below.  Easter will be a great time to view Whippets in Sydney.  The program is as follows:

EASTER 2010

Thursday 1 April     -     Whippets judged at Sydney Royal Easter Show

Friday 2 April          -     1st  Championship Show held at Castle Hill Showground

Saturday 3 April      -     Sighthound & Italian Greyhound Show held at Castle Hill Showground

Sunday 4 April         -    2nd Championship Show held at Castle Hill Showground

Interested in possibly showing a whippet?   Come along to the Whippet Lecture presented by the Whippet Club to Dogs NSW Trainee Judges on 1 March, 2010 at 7:30 pm held at Bill Spilstead Complex, Erskine Park.   Any interested persons can attend.  In addition, if you can bring a whippet along for the trainees to look at, please contact the Secretary.
